THE WATERMARK HOTEL IS A NEW ALL-SUITE HOTEL LOCATED IN CAPITAL ONE CENTER, FEATURING 300 LUXURY RESIDENTIAL SUITES WITH LAVISH, UPSCALE FURNISHINGS, ABUNDANT SPACE TO UNWIND, AND A HOSPITALITY TEAM DEDICATED TO SETTING A NEW DEFINITION OF LUXURY. THE HOTEL IS CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO THE PERCH, AN URBAN ROOFTOP GREEN SPACE PERFECT FOR ENJOYING ART, RELAXATION, OR TIME WITH FRIENDS OR COLLEAGUES.

We worked closely with the team at capital one center to establish cohesive branding and collateral across the board for each of the different spaces throughout the campus. we wanted to ensure we spoke to both the internal customers as well as visiting guests. 

our design spanned creating a full brand suite for the hotel, the perch, and we maintain ongoing marketing efforts for their ever evolving community. 


Goals

Communicate the intent and feel of each unique space through comprehensive visual branding, and demonstrate how to navigate around the Capital One Center campus with concise wayfinding signage.
