We take a holistic and proactive approach by regularly visiting Ballston to fully immerse ourselves in the neighborhood and accurately portray the energy and visual identity of the organization’s key message, “Life is Full.” By working in a consistent play on words (i.e. grateFULL, thankFULL, playFULL) the Co. has established a lively, inclusive and inviting voice. Followers are encouraged to take pictures in the neighborhood with the tag #Ballston and #LifeIsFull for a chance to be featured. We regularly embrace trends to stay relevant and innovative.
