Position Overview
Under the general direction of Collins + Co.’s executive leadership team, the Project Manager serves as the operational lead across all client accounts, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.
This role is responsible for translating client needs into clear, executable plans, managing workflows across departments, and maintaining alignment between teams, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager plays a critical role in protecting team capacity, maintaining process integrity, and driving overall agency performance.
This position also includes the opportunity to mentor junior team members and help shape the future of Collins + Co.’s project management function.
