We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our award-winning design team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will report to the Creative Director, working closely with our creative team to bring design concepts to life and ensure the successful execution of various graphic design projects. We specialize in branding, digital marketing, print design, and everything in between. As a close-knit team, we value collaboration, creativity, and personal growth.

In this role, you will be expected to create concepts for client presentations, understand industry trends and best practices and work collaboratively with the team to prepare both digital and print assets, including but not limited to presentations, social media graphics, reports, flyers, brochures and posters. With these various projects, you will seamlessly meet demanding deadlines and communicate workload and priorities effectively while executing tasks.

principal accountabilities

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Develop smart, strategic, and creative solutions that are on-brand and response-oriented.
- Articulate ideas and communicate proactively with our Creative Director to determine visual style, messaging strategy and conceptual direction.
- Present to internal & external stakeholders with ease and manage your own workload.
- Manage client relationships and communications.
- Collaborate with the team to develop initial concepts and optimize content messaging.
- Actively consult with supervisors to become knowledgeable about brand, client expectations and project goals.
- Produce all necessary design elements, assets, templates, graphics, etc. based on established design direction, systems & Style Guide.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are in line with overall creative direction and standards.
- Assist with production of various marketing collateral, ad campaigns, brand identity packages guidelines for a variety of clients spanning different industries.
- Create mechanicals for printers and collaborate and manage print schedules.
- Ensure design consistency and quality across multiple digital channels.
- Ensure work always meets timing, budget and quality expectations.
- Continually stay up-to-date with the latest changes, standards and trends within the design industry standards.
- Drive creative innovation and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple small-to-large size projects at once, ensuring all projects are completed with quick turn-around and a high-level of attention to detail.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 5-7 years of demonstrable production/design experience.
- Experience at an agency or in-house creative department.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software required.
- Knowledge of the creative process, print production and digital spaces (website design a must).
- Strong understanding of modern design requirements and best practices across all digital and mobile channels.
- Desire to learn and work with various mediums; digital and print.
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, willing to think outside the box and come up with strategic solutions.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude towards taking on work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and productively communicate status updates to the team.
- Flexible with changing priorities, timelines and creative direction.
