Alfred Restaurant Group (ARG) consists of several innovative restaurants around the DC-Maryland area, including Duck Duck Goose, No Way Rosé, and Anchor Bar. Collins + Co. had the pleasure of spearheading a bulk of their design collateral, most notably including six different websites and two different brand identities.

BRANDING
We approached each brand identity with an intent to differentiate them from their sister restaurants, while maintaining a sense of cohesiveness to ARG. Good Ducking Burger needed to reflect its prestigious partner brand, Duck Duck Goose, while simultaneously communicating its purpose as a spin-off fast food branch. We blended elements from the existing DDG logo with sophisticated burger iconography to create a one-of-a-kind logo that communicates the unexpected: upscale fast-food. No Way Rosé needed to appeal to a youthful and trendy crowd in Federal Hill. We created the iconic rose to play off of the name and utilized an upscale font to tie in with the rest of ARG. What makes No way rosÉ different is its bold, vibrant color palette and imagery. The rose is also a personal nod to Chef Ashish Alfred’s rose tattoo.
WEBSITES
We utilized all brand guidelines to develop six websites for each company. Consequently, each website reflects the uniqueness of its restaurant while retaining the signature mark and feel of Alfred Restaurant Group.
